TYM takes a step forward in strengthening brand positioning as a leader in carbon neutrality.

TYM announced on the 25th that they will participate in the "2023 World Climate Industry Expo" (WCE) held at BEXCO in Busan from the 25th to the 27th of this month.

Following previous participation in the "Carbon Neutrality EXPO" last year, TYM aims to present its cutting-edge environmentally-friendly technologies this year, showcasing its commitment to carbon neutrality and sustainable technologies.

At this exhibition, TYM presents a tractor hood with the groundbreaking environmentally friendly Long Fiber Injection (LFI) process, the first of its kind in Korea. The LFI process involves the spray molding of a mixture of polyurethane resin and glass fiber to form the hood. This innovative technology eliminates the traditional method of painting steel plates, reducing carbon emissions.

TYM also presents tractor interior components made from sustainable hemp materials that contribute to reducing carbon emissions. Hemp cultivation requires only water, eliminating the need for fertilizers or pesticides, and it has an impressive carbon absorption rate 5 to 7 times higher than other plants. Additionally, TYM introduces environmentally-friendly transmission oil certified by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). This oil is extracted from renewable plant-based sources, ensuring biodegradable and low carbon emissions.

Meanwhile, WCE is an event that showcases cutting-edge technologies and policies in the global climate industry sector addressing the issue of climate change. Starting this year, the WCE has merged four distinguished exhibitions into a single event: the "Carbon Neutrality Expo," the "International Exhibition on Environmental Energy Industry," the "Carbon Neutrality Conference," and the "Korea Energy Exhibition." Under the theme of "Beyond the Climate Crisis, Towards Sustainable Prosperity," this event offers programs where attendees can explore and experience the future vision of new climate industry technologies.

A TYM representative stated, "Building upon our commitment as the industry's first to declare ESG management, we will accelerate our efforts in achieving carbon neutrality and advancing sustainable technologies. We will continue to prioritize the environment and society, actively practicing corporate social responsibility."
