Yanmar Service & Warranty*

*Extended Warranty Terms for Yanmar Compact Utility Tractor Products Purchased between January 1, 2019, and December 31, 2019

Yanmar America’s Agricultural Division has increased the limited powertrain warranty to 10 years or 3,000 hours (whichever comes first) on all new Yanmar tractor purchases from January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019, doubling the length of the previous 5-year limited powertrain promotion.

The extended Powertrain warranty set forth above shall supplement and extend only the identified terms for the Powertrain warranty as set forth on the first page of this Yanmar Limited Warranty. All other terms and conditions of the Yanmar Limited Warranty remain in full force and effect.

Register Your Engine

In order to prevent possible delays in the completion of a repair, please register your engine. The Owner is defined as the end-user, the final purchaser of the product.
The Dealer is defined as the seller of the product.
The Yanmar/OEM Distributor is defined as the purchaser of the Yanmar Engine for resale within an application.
Date of Delivery is the purchasing date by the Owner.

KIOTI Service & Warranty*

When you buy a KIOTI tractor or UTV, you can be confident that you have one of the best-built machines in the field. And you can be even more confident knowing your purchase is backed by the industry-leading KIOTI Warranty.

Now, for a limited time, eligible units purchased will receive a total of 6 years (72 months) of extended powertrain warranty coverage. This extends KIOTI’s already industry-leading warranty for an additional 2 years*. To learn more, Click Here.

Warranty repairs must be obtained at an Authorized KIOTI dealership and require proof of purchase.

KIOTI General Warranty

Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty covers nearly every component of a new KIOTI tractor or UTV.

General Warranty— The KIOTI general warranty applies to new KIOTI tractors, UTVs,, and attachments purchased on or after 12/16/2013.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and is activated by receipt of an executed Warranty Agreement.

KIOTI Powertrain Warranty

Up to 4-year Warranty for Engine and Drive Line coverage on all KIOTI tractors.

The KIOTI powertrain warranty applies to new KIOTI tractors and UTVs purchased on or after 12/16/2013. The KIOTI Powertrain Warranty runs concurrently with the KIOTI General Warranty.

TYM Tractors Service & Warranty*

WARRANTY COVERAGE

TYM Tractors warrants that each TYM product is free from defects in both material and workmanship and that TYM will repair or replace, at TYM’s sole discretion, any parts which are determined by TYM to be defective in material or workmanship as per the coverage periods set forth below.

* Effective for selected Tier 4 tractors retailed after January 1st, 2017.
* For tractors registered before January 1st, 2017, please refer to your retail dealership.

Six-Year Limited Warranty

– Years 1-2 Bumper-to-Bumper (limit 2000 hours of use)
– Years 3-6 Parts and Labor (Drivetrain Only)
– Batteries and Tires are warranted by Manufacturer
– Powertrain Warranty Limited to 3000 Hours of Use
Commercial and Fleet

– Years 1-2 Bumper-to-Bumper (limit 2000 hours of use)
– 3rd Year Parts & Labor (Drivetrain Only)
– Batteries and Tires are warranted by Manufacturer
– Powertrain Warranty Limited to 2000 Hours of Use

* Limited 6 year warranty applies to the following models: T234, T254, T354, T394, T454, T554, T654.

For all other models, applicable warranty terms apply.

Attachments such as loaders, backhoes, and mowers carry a twelve (12) month warranty only.

This limited warranty does not cover defects that result from accident, misuse, lack of maintenance, improper repairs unauthorized alterations or modifications or neglect or use of replacement parts and accessories not conforming to TYM’s specifications which adversely affect performance and/or durability.

This Limited Warranty does not cover normal replacement items and services including but not limited to, light bulbs, glass, filters, belts, motor brushes, brakes, fuses and switches, tires and tubes, clutch linings, engine tune-ups, wheel alignment, and/or lubrication.

This Limited Warranty does not cover transportation for service trips or pick up and delivery for service and warranty repairs.

No TYM dealer is permitted or authorized to change, modify or amend any terms, conditions, or limitations and exclusions of this Limited Warranty.”

TYM will not be liable for the expense, loss, or damage, whether direct, incidental, or consequential arising out of this Limited Warranty or the use of the TYM product.
